A 53-year-old man accused of trying to stem Miley Cyrus is scheduled to return to court on Tybee Island, where the teen superstar has just finished shooting a film on the coast of Georgia. Make your father is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon. It is being held in the Chatham County jail on misdemeanor charges of attempted harassment, disorderly conduct and obstructing a police officer. Police say his father twice reached the island in search of Tybee for 16 years, Cyrus and tried to breach a security perimeter established around the film in June. The police said his father told an officer who was secretly engaged to marry the “Hannah Montana” star. Cyrus finished shooting the film “The Last Song” on Tybee Island last week.
